Tips for Success with the Rolling 96-hour Fasting Planner

Reminders:

  1. Loose skin” – a lot of users have not experienced any loose skin with dry fasting, in fact, dry fasting is used to reduce to look of loose skin.
  2. No supplements or gimmicks” – allowing your body to heal naturally without flooding your system with drugs such as fat burners, diuretics like duromines or silly nonsensical and disgusting recipes involving lemon juice apple cider vibegar or lemon coffee!.
